Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Adult Individual and Couples Therapy

About me
Education
I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from The New School for Social Research in New York City. I have provided clinical services in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient hospital programs, substance abuse programs, and the New School Student Health Services Counseling Center, where I currently hold a position as a staff psychologist.

Approach
My approach is genuine, warm, and collaborative. I play an active role during therapy and provide a non-judgmental environment where you can safely express your true self. I currently only offer telehealth sessions.
Clinical Orientation
I work from a relational psychodynamic framework and incorporate existential, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and harm-reduction principles and techniques as appropriate for each client. My goal of treatment is to help you develop a better understanding of your patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving, foster self-acceptance, and promote work towards change by exploring and experimenting with new ways of being.

Specialization
I specialize in providing services for anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, in addition to psychotherapy for college students and young adults.
